1. Regulations on Distribution, Delivery, and Transportation Policies

Insulated and refrigerated vehicles ensure storage, distribution, and transportation in accordance with pharmaceutical industry regulations. - Our purchasing and sales procedures are simple and convenient. After customers place an order and sign the contract, goods will be delivered quickly and efficiently directly to the customer’s warehouse.
- The Company is capable of supplying chemicals, ingredients, excipients, vitamins, and other products for the pharmaceutical industry to all provinces and cities nationwide.
2. Regulations on Payment Methods and Terms:
- Payment method: payment by bank transfer or cash
- Payment term: as agreed for each specific order; however, outstanding receivables must not exceed 30 days after the customer
receives the goods and the VAT invoice.
3. Warranty Policy:
- CHEMICO - PHARMACEUTICAL NO1 JOINT STOCK COMPANY is committed to selling products with verified origins and ensuring quality as

- CHEMICO - PHARMACEUTICAL NO1 JOINT STOCK COMPANY only provides product warranties in the following cases:
- The warranty period (shelf life) is indicated on the product label and packaging, and products covered by the warranty must
still be within the warranty period. - If, during delivery, the goods are dented or broken, affecting their quality, and the customer can prove that
the goods showed signs of damage before handover, we undertake to replace the goods for the customer within 24h (at the
customer’s request). - Product seals and labels comply with regulations on goods labeling and pharmaceutical industry regulations, with no signs of
tearing, peeling, or erasure.
4. Exchange / Return Policy:
4.1 Conditions for exchanges/returns
- Products may be exchanged/returned within 15 days from the date the customer receives the products.
- Products must remain intact, including the original seal, packaging, stamps, documents, and labels

4.2 The following products are not eligible for exchange/return:
- Products or goods damaged due to improper use or storage.
- Products or goods that do not satisfy the Company’s applicable warranty conditions.
4.3 Instructions for exchanging/returning goods:
- For goods with the original seal and packaging, if a quality or quantity complaint is identified upon receipt into the warehouse
and the customer wishes to exchange/return the goods, the customer must immediately notify the Company in writing or by telephone through the sales representative;
goods or the company hotline at 04 3782 195/96. Without the prior approval of CHEMICO - PHARMACEUTICAL NO1 JOINT STOCK COMPANY,
the customer must preserve the goods in their original condition. - If the customer’s goods satisfy the exchange/return conditions, we undertake to collect the products
and exchange them for products of the same type. - If the customer does not agree to an exchange after payment has been made, we undertake to review the matter and reach an agreement with the customer
to refund the amount paid for the purchased products.
